Site Agent Swansea Permanent salary + benefits package This is an exceptional opportunity to join our growing team as a Site Agent working on a variety of general civils projects in the Swansea area. You will play a key role in delivering multidisciplinary construction projects, managing on-site operations, and leading a committed team to ensure successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day site operations across general civils / build projects.
• Lead and motivate a site-based workforce, including subcontractors and direct labour.
• Coordinate all site activities to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to specification.
• Maintain site records, prepare reports, and liaise with the Project Manager and commercial teams.
• Oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance on-site.
• Support the delivery of high-quality work with a hands-on, proactive approach.
• Build strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and the project team. Essential Criteria
• Proven experience delivering multidisciplinary civil engineering / build projects.
• Demonstrable experience managing site teams, including own workforce and subcontractors.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• CSCS & SMSTS
• Excellent understanding of health, safety, and environmental responsibilities.
• A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work under pressure
