45,000 to £50,000 per annum + benefits

The Site Inspector will be responsible for :

Conducting façade and internal fire safety investigations and fire risk assessments.
Preparing detailed technical reports with photographs using agreed templates.
Performing inspections at key construction stages and documenting findings.
Reviewing drawings, specifications, and products for compliance with building regulations.
Attending site and project team meetings as necessary.

The Site Inspector will have :

Extensive experience in buildings and construction, particularly with tall residential buildings.

Strong knowledge of building regulations and standards.

Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 6 in site inspection or a construction diploma / degree (HND).

Membership with CIOB, CABE, ICWCI, or MIFireE.

Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
