Job descriptionBe responsible for dealing with all matters relating to the management of a portfolio of audited entities. plete assignments within agreed budgets and timescales and identify opportunities for additional billings. Ensure assignments are staffed with the appropriate mix of knowledge and skills required. Ensure that the firm’s risk management and quality control procedures are adhered to at all times. Work as part of a management team with other Audit Managers within the business group ( resource planning, merit rate meetings and efficiency gains) Support Partners with the implementation andmunication of any new business strategy for existing and target audit entities as well as the internal business. Previous experience of auditing and yearend / statutory accounts within an accountancy practice Qualified ACCA / ACA's with 2 years post-qualified experience You will need an aptitude for analytical thinking and good attention to detail. Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills petitive salary of £55,000 - £75,000 PA Flexible and Hybrid Working (2 days pw from home post probation) Pension, Life Assurance, above standard rate of Holiday Allowance On-site parking Progression to Audit Director level and possible annual bonus
