About the role :

As a Recruitment Partner, working on one of Hays’ MSP accounts, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining key relationships within the customers’ HR, Talent and hiring manager communities. Your role is to partner with these key users of our service in order to deliver against our contractual commitments. Your role also relies on collaboration with Hays internal colleagues as well as supply chain partners (other agency suppliers that sit under our service provision).

What it looks like day to day :

  • Develop and nurture relationships with key contacts.
  • Provide specialist advice, support, and recommendations on specific market conditions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to advise on recruitment best practices.
  • Demonstrate your personal brand, expertise, and credibility to clients, candidates, and colleagues.
  • Meet fee targets, contributing to team targets.
  • Identify and escalate areas for improvement in service delivery.
  • Lead by example, exhibiting Hays values.

To be successful, you should have :

  • Proven experience in engaging, collaborating, and understanding the demands of stakeholders (clients, candidates, suppliers, and internal colleagues).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective objection handling and active listening skills.
  • Ownership and accountability for workload and key deliverables.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Excellent working knowledge of key systems (e.g., ATS) and processes.
  • Ability to analyse complex reports and data.
