If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy making a real impact, this could be the perfect role for you!What’s the role?Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you’ll be responsible for the repair and planned maintenance of injection moulding machines, plant facilities, and other equipment. You’ll also have the opportunity to get involved in continuous improvement projects and, if suitably qualified, development engineering work.This is a Panama 12-hour rotating days / nights pattern, so a flexible, 'can-do' attitude is essential.About YouThe ideal candidate will ideally be apprentice-trained with experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
