  • DUTY OFFICER – Rhyl and St Asaph, Wales
  • Salary : £26,835 - £ 32,654 per year
  • Permanent, Full time, 37 hours per week
  • Locations : one position available at Rhyl Leisure and one at X20, St Asaph

  • The leadership skills we are looking for are :
  • Ability to inspire, motivate and empower others
  • Passion and drive to deliver excellent services to customers
  • Reliability and resilience
  • Honesty, with the ability both take responsibility and ask for help when needed
  • You will ideally have some experience of working within a leisure, fitness or health
  • facility as well as a relevant Level 3 qualification.
  • However, for the right candidate who

    • shares our values and has excellent leadership skills, we will provide all the necessary
    • job specific training, so you just need a desire to learn and develop.
    • You’ll also provide leadership and management of all the staff within the site, including
    • managing sickness and holiday cover, staff rotas, and the day to day performance of staff.
    • In this role, you'll also be responsible for :
    • The security of the building
    • The safety of staff and customers
    • Monies taken and income
    • Relationships with Clubs, Voluntary groups, and Schools
