We’re Looking For Someone Who :

Is a natural leader, mentor, and motivator

Thrives on positive change, innovation, and team development

Champions person-centred support that reflects dignity and individuality

Builds strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and the wider community

Has experience in care, team leadership, and values-led service delivery

Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a car

Is qualified to level 4 (in a Health and Social Care related subject)

In This Role, You Will :

  • Lead and support a high-performing home care team
  • Be a visible role model and culture-setter in the Belong Morris Feinmann community
  • Mentor new colleagues and nurture their development
  • Ensure high standards of care, safety, and wellbeing for our customers
  • Bring passion, purpose, and positivity to each day – and inspire others to do the same
