Job descriptionCompetent CNC Setter – Programming experience advantageous Ensure that daily output targets are achieved Ensure quality of product matches the engineering specification Ensure 5s examples are being set and maintained Assist in reducing machine downtime within the setting process Working to and ensuring the standards of the quality procedure are reached Work with own initiative and gain understanding of company & manufacturing processes Able to work to drawings and technical specifications with minimum supervision Flexible approach to working across manufacturing when required to meet business growth CNC Setting / milling or turning experience Strong recent work history Able to provide references Experience of working with engineering drawings Comfortable with Manual handling Will consider strong CNC operators to train up
Machine Setters x3 - Ashton Under Lyne
Our client based in Ashton are looking to add to the team with candidates that have a Engineering background, if you experience with machine turning / milling then feel free to apply.
- Pay - £18.12 per dep on experience, with overtime paid after 37 hours at time and one half.
- Hours - Mon to Thurs 0730-1715 - 37 hours per week - 4 day week on offer
- Temp to Perm Job roles
- Overtime offered Friday's & Saturday Mornings
