Job descriptionExperience working in a busy Accounts department, specialising in Accounts Payable. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal – being able to answer queries effectively and efficiently. Experience using ‘Open Accounts” and strong Excel skills, with the ability to use VLOOKUPs, pivot tables and basic formulas.

Robertson Bell are supporting our client to recruit an Interim Finance Officer on an initial three-month contract, with a high likelihood of extension and even permanent employment. The head office is based in London and operating on a flexible hybrid working pattern.
The Interim Finance Officer’s key responsibilities will include :
- Processing a high volume of invoices.
- Reconciling the supplier statements and bank statements.
- Maintaining the busy accounts payable inbox and answering supplier queries.
- Processing the weekly payment runs and paying BACs payments.
- Maintaining cashbooks.
