Exciting Opportunity  We’re on the lookout for passionate Enablement Support Workers to join our short-term reablement teams in the adult care department. If you’re eager to make a real difference in people’s lives, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do

• Support clients in their own homes, helping them regain independence.
• Collaborate with a multi-professional team to deliver personalized care plans.
• Receive ongoing support and training to help you excel and grow in your career.

Why Choose Us?

Contracts will be on a rota basis and a 6 hour shift pattern. Therefore on a 18 hour contract you will be working 3 days a week; 24 hours a week you will be working 4 days a week; 30 hours you will be working 5 days a week. There are also opportunities to work extra hours when they are available. The job will require unsocial hours including weekends and Bank Holidays. You could also be required to work at night when the need arises and with agreement. Payment arrangements will be detailed in any contract offer made.
