Locum Consultant Radiologist (Symptomatic Breast Imaging) Location : South West England (specific location details provided during the recruitment process) Contract Type : Locum Duration : 3 months We are working with a highly regarded healthcare provider in the South West of England to recruit a skilled Consultant Radiologist specialising in symptomatic breast imaging. The successful candidate will join an established breast care centre known for providing comprehensive diagnostic services, including one-stop clinics. Key Responsibilities : - Perform symptomatic breast imaging, including mammography, ultrasound, and image-guided biopsies - Participate in one-stop breast clinics, delivering efficient, patient-focused care - Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality diagnostics and reporting - Attend multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings to support clinical decision-making Requirements : - Full GMC registration with a licence to practise - FRCR or equivalent qualifications - Significant experience in symptomatic breast imaging and interventional procedures - Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team About the Breast Centre : The centre is renowned for its comprehensive and innovative approach to breast care.
