Night Manager :

Mission :   To ensure a continuance of Management supervision during the

Night Management hours of duty, and to ensure all computer

reports are run correctly and on time.

To ensure all staff on duty are supervised and aware of the room

count, special events / functions and any specific room type

overbooking. To be totally supportive and promote positive

guest / customer care to the Reception team enabling them to

provide the highest level of service at all times.

Responsibilities will

include, but are not limited to :

Ensuring the operational

needs are being dealt with efficiently and in a professional manner and that

all work is undertaken in compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures.

Overseeing daily

operations, ensuring employee productivity, monitoring efficiency of all

processes and creating a positive work environment for employees.

Assisting the Front of House Manager with the running of the front office department when necessary

including working on the reception desk, assisting concierge, assisting with

departmental meetings and assisting with any sort of communication between teams.

Support the rate strategy

set by the Revenue team, maximize sales and revenue for the hotel, foster a

culture of upselling alongside Front of House team, promotion F&B outlets

and other services.

Is flexible to cover daily

shifts when required.

Perform duty manager

shifts on rotational basis including the day-to-day running of the hotel and

running the hotel on the weekend in the absence of the General Manager.

What do we require?

  • Up 2 to 3 year experience in the role or similar
  • Organized
  • and able to react quickly, improvising accordingly

  • Opera  knowledge
  • Passion for Hotels
  • Adaptable and Flexible in terms of shifts, to reflect Business needs
  • Spanish and Italian is a plus
  • The successful candidate must already have eligibility to

    work in the UK
