Site Manager - Northampton

Salary : £45,000 - £50,000

Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for your next challenge? Our client, based in Northampton, is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team. With a focus on 278 works, this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead site management activities and ensure project success.

Requirements :

Minimum 5 years of construction experience, with at least 2 years in site supervisor or general foreman roles.
Experience in 278 works is essential.

The Role : As the Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Project Manager in day-to-day site management activities. Key responsibilities include :

Managing Health and Safety to ensure a safe working environment for all site staff.

Preparation and management of safety documentation, including WPP / TRBA.

Control and issuing of all permits to work.

Monitoring competencies on-site and maintaining necessary records.

Maintaining site diary, issuing works records, and recording extra works, including site measurements.

Preparation of progress reports and ensuring awareness of contract and programme requirements.

Proficiency in reading designs effectively and utilizing computer applications such as Word, Excel, and email in a professional manner.
