Location : Heaton Chapel, SK4

Hours : Full-Time - 37 hours per week + Overtime Available

Salary : £13.77 per hour + Sleep-in Allowance £50 per shift

Shifts : 10am to 10.30pm day shift, sleeper shift : 10.30pm to 7am; finish at 10am

Our client is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker to join their team in Stockport, providing care and support for children / young people (ages 8-17) with complex needs, challenging behaviours, or learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Residential Support Worker role :

• Shift work in a residential care home supporting long-term care and transitions to semi-independent living
• Leading and supervising staff teams, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, policies, and regulations
• Contributing to care planning, risk assessments, reviews, and participating in staff meetings
