Sales Assistant

This is a Fixed Term Contract.

Role Responsibilities

We are passionate about celebrating our customers’ life moments and are now looking for a Sales Assistant to join our successful Card Factory team to help fulfill this.

The environment is fast-paced, our standards are high, and we’re proud of it. In our busy stores, you will need to manage multiple customers, operate tills efficiently, and handle various tasks. But don’t worry, you’ll have fun along the way and understand why a little bit of madness is part of working here!

• Provide excellent customer service at all times to help customers celebrate their life’s moments.
• Process sales politely, efficiently, and accurately, upselling on till products where appropriate.
• Price and merchandise stock and products correctly.
• Assist with unloading and unpacking deliveries with the team.
• Participate in stock takes, which may require working outside normal store hours.

Retail experience is not necessary; we value personality and a passion for customer service above all else.
