About the role

We are excited to be looking for a Programme Administrator to join the ever growing School of Healthcare. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy professional service team and get involved in supporting the end-to-end student journey.

This particular role involves overseeing the administration of all aspects of the student life cycle, acting as a first point of contact for students and staff in your designated area.

As a key member of the professional services team, you will support in setting up the new Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) programme tasks will include, assisting and developing all new documentation for the programme and supporting with marketing and student recruitment activities.

As part of the role, you will also be responsible for the assessment and monitoring of student progression. You will be delivering an excellent service to students both remotely and face to face and providing administrative support for the Pharmacy undergraduate taught programme from enquiry through to graduation.

There will be an expectation to work across other programmes as required to provide cover and support.

About you

To be successful in this role you will be educated to an A level standard or equivalent, plus significant experience in a relevant administrative role.

Experience in a student facing environment is essential where you will have the ability to communicate with students and staff at a high level and portray a supportive outlook.

You will also have a background in managing complex record systems and have excellent IT skills specifically using Microsoft Office packages.

You will be a strong communicator with a commitment to customer service and have the ability to work to a high standard, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail across your workload.
