My Client a family feel law Firm based in Huddersfield are looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant, your day-to-day tasks will involve assisting with legal research, preparing legal documents, conducting title searches, communicating with clients and other parties involved in the conveyancing process, and providing general administrative support.
- Skills Required;
- Excellent knowledge of conveyancing procedures and regulations
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Good IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and legal software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience as a Conveyancing Fee Earner / Assistant is preferred
- Relevant legal qualifications or certifications are advantageous
