This role is a fundamental part of BMT’s Systems Engineering Capability Leadership, it will report directly into the Head of Capability and lead by example through delivery. A successful individual will be developing the vision for a future state of architectural practice with the Head of Capability and Chief Systems Engineer. This will include :

In terms of location , we have offices in Bath, Bristol, London and Portsmouth, we are happy to explore flexible and hybrid working arrangements. Please note that travel to customer sites or to attend meetings will be required, and our customers are primarily based in Bristol. This role is available we’re happy to consider part time or full-time candidates, with hybrid working agreements.
