Role

Summary :

You will be required to perform a variety of tasks in receiving, storing, accounting for, distributing, shipping, and issuing equipment, apparatus, materials, and supplies; and perform other related duties as required.

Key responsibilities within your new role would be to :

  • Goods in activities of receipting, counting and ERP data entry.
  • Warehouse maintenance including stock movements and stock control using the ERP system.
  • Allocation of stock and the kitting of components into Works Packages.
  • Maintaining traceability of goods and materials.
  • Preparing materials for shipping to external processors.
  • Receipt of goods after outside processing has taken place.
  • Packing of goods ready for dispatch following industry standards or customer requirements.
  • Booking of couriers and the despatch of goods ensuring that Export Compliance rules are followed.
  • Carrying out any additional tasks as required by line management.

    • Experience and skills required for this position :

  • A forklift licence would be desirable but not essential
  • Previous experience within a stores / warehouse environment
  • Computer literate
