Due to expansion, Charles Hurst KIA is recruiting for an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join our friendly, on-site team. Specialising in new EV car sales, you will work alongside our passionate sales team to provide first-class customer service.

As part of our sales team, you will be a team player with exceptional communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers. You will join one of the top automotive retailers in the UK and report to Johnathon McConkey (Sales Manager), who will support your development and help you build a strong career in the industry.

Our Sales Executives are the key points of contact, paying close attention to detail to understand customer needs :

• Communicating with customers via email, telephone, and in person
• Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs
• Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
• Negotiating the final price for the sale
• Completing the relevant paperwork for each sale

The ideal candidate will have previous experience with EVs, strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and passionate about their work. You will be expected to meet targets, so ambition and hard work are essential.

Previous experience in a similar role and within the motor trade is preferred but not essential, as we are always looking for new talent. You must hold a full UK driving license, as you may be required to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market.
