We're Hiring : Business Sales Relationship Manager

Location : Wolverhampton | Hybrid Working Available

Full-Time

You’ll play a key role in driving business growth, increasing engagement, and representing the the company across various business events and networking opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing

Planning & Development

Proactively identify, nurture, and convert leads through research, planning, and lead-generation campaigns.

Use the CRM system to streamline processes, manage leads, and enhance engagement.

Meet and exceed agreed KPIs across :

New member engagement

Member retention

Lead generation

Membership upgrades

Build lasting relationships with members, identifying their evolving needs and upselling relevant services.

Delivery

Represent the company at a wide range of business events including networking sessions, SME forums, and trade expos.

Host and support networking events, acting as an ambassador for the organisation.

Drive recruitment and retention strategies.

Promote a full range of services – from training and events to trade documentation and sponsorship opportunities.

Contribute to innovative sales campaigns tailored to the needs of local SMEs.

Evaluation

Maintain accurate records and performance metrics via our CRM system.

Collect testimonials and track engagement success.

Share insights and learning's to continuously improve our services and member satisfaction.

Commit to your own professional development through regular training and learning opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

Strong background in sales, business development, or membership organisations.

Confident communicator and natural networker.

Results-driven with a focus on KPIs and continuous improvement.

Comfortable using CRM systems and other digital tools to manage relationships and track activity.

Knowledge of the Black Country business landscape is a plus.
