Job description

We are currently looking for a Temporary Housing First Project Lead. This role is pivotal in managing tenancies for individuals with complex needs, helping to address homelessness and improve lives.

Job Title : Housing First Project Lead

Location : Nottingham

Contract type : Temporary 3 Month Contract potential for extension

Hourly Rate : £29-31 / hr Umbrella

Working week : Monday to Friday 9-5pm Hybrid working 2-3 Days WFH

Responsibilities of the role :

Manage tenancy issues, including antisocial behaviour and enforcement
Support new tenants in the Housing First programme
Conduct end-to-end casework management
Develop and implement Housing Management plans
Ensure properties meet the needs of tenants

Required Skills and Experience :

Knowledge of Housing Benefit, Universal Credit, and other welfare benefits

Understanding of housing services and antisocial behaviour legal frameworks

Experience working with multi-agency teams and maintaining effective relationships

Ability to work with challenging behaviours and make timely decisions under pressure

Proficiency in Microsoft Word
