We have an exciting opportunity for an Information Governance Lead to play a key role in shaping and safeguarding the future of information sharing within Wythenshawe Community Housing Group (WCHG) over the course of a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
The successful applicant will serve as the key strategic point of contact for activity within the Group relating to information sharing partnerships, including acting as the service’s Safeguarding representative. They will support the Information Governance team to provide a customer first data protection service, acting as the service lead for the Group’s information sharing activities and the Deputy Data Protection Officer.
Key duties will include providing day-to-day oversight of internal and external information sharing arrangements, ensuring GDPR compliance, especially with sensitive personal data, as well as supporting partners and internal stakeholders in data flow mapping processes and maintaining information registers.
