Job description

We are excited to announce the opening of our brand-new restaurant in Stratford - London! We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team. This is an incredible opportunity to be part of a passionate kitchen brigade and contribute to creating an unforgettable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to prepare and execute high-quality dishes.
  • Master the grill, specializing in meat and fish preparation.
  • Demonstrate exceptional knife skills for precise cuts and preparation.
  • Ensure consistent plating standards with an emphasis on artistic presentation and decoration.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation, adhering to all health and safety standards.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in high-end restaurants with a focus on fine dining.
  • Strong grilling skills, particularly in cooking meat and fish to perfection.
  • Exceptional knife skills, with attention to detail and precision.
  • Expertise in plating and food presentation, ensuring each dish is visually stunning.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment and maintain high standards under pressure.
  • A team player with a passion for delivering excellence in every dish.
