We are currently recruiting for an RMN / RGN with continuing healthcare experience to join our client’s team in Notting as a Nurse Assessor.

Responsibilities include but not limited to :

Nursing care assessments and reviews for patients across all aspects of care

Timely reviews of all continuing healthcare / nursing care patients

Liaise with multi-disciplinary members to facilitate continuing healthcare process

Exercising professional judgement to each case
