Role : Field Network Analyst
Location : 50 / 50 Split (Rednal and Fieldwork UK-Wide)
Salary : £38,000 - £40,000 (plus Electric Company Car)
Network IT are looking for a Network Analyst to join our client's large dedicated, enterprise network team supporting anything and everything networking across their numerous UK-wide sites. As a Network Analyst , you’ll manage and support LAN, WAN, WLAN, and firewall services, ensuring system reliability, performance, and compliance.
This role will require you to be on-site or out in the field going to affected sites 4 days a week, which you will be given a company-car to get to. You will require a full UK driving licence and be able to travel around the UK regularly.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support network infrastructure across multiple sites
- Deliver 3rd line support for LAN / WAN, wireless, and firewall technologies
- Maintain high-level network documentation, asset records, and monitoring systems
- Support MPLS environments, remote access, and wireless solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues
- Participate in out-of-hours support
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and SLA targets
