Salaried GP Opportunity – Near the Stunning Lizard Peninsula, CornwallA thriving GP practice in Cornwall is seeking a Salaried GP to join its dynamic and supportive team. With plans to move to a state-of-the-art healthcare facility in 2025, this is an exciting opportunity for a GP to shape their career in a modern environment while enjoying the natural beauty of the Cornish coast.About the Practice :

• Patient List Size : 5,544 with a mix of demographics, including an ageing population.
• CQC Rating : Good (2019).
• Team Culture : Collaborative and supportive, fostering a learning environment for GP trainees, F2s, and medical students.
• Community Engagement : Strong links with ICS, LMC, the local PCN, and active participation in regional healthcare initiatives.
• Tech & Tools : SystmOne practice using Ardens and Accurx.
• Award-Winning PCN Support : Access to pharmacists, first-contact physiotherapy, mental health practitioners, social prescribing, health and well-being coordinators and a practice paramedic providing a home visiting service.The Role :
• Sessions : 4-6 per week
• Salary : £10,500-£12,000 per session, depending on experience plus : 6 weeks annual leave, 1 week study leave.Indemnity covered, NHS Pension.
• Routine Schedule : 12 appointments per session (telephonic and face-to-face).What We’re Looking For : Enthusiastic, proactive team players with a passion for patient-centered care.
