Multi Trade Operative

Multi Trade Operatives who are looking to work within Housing Associations.Long-term temporary contracts with the potential to be permanent.You will be responsible for carrying out day to day reactive maintenance in social housing such as basic plumbing, joinery, patch plastering, ground maintenance.Work will be in occupied properties, so previous experience working in a similar environment is required.You must have a trade related qualification (NVQ Level 2 minimum in either Joinery, Plumbing, Plastering)You must have a valid driving licence.DBS will be required. (Costs will be covered)Weekly Pay, your choice of PAYE / Umbrella.
