Children's Residential Worker

Service care Solution are currently recruiting for a Children's Residential Worker in Barnet.

The EHC Caseworker will work in a 2 bed home, supporting 2 young people. Shift work and weekend work will apply. There is an onsite drive way to park.

Main Responsibilities

As a Children's Residential Worker, you will be responsible for :

• To work in a small team in order to support and implement the development of the children's home.
• To enhance and effect change to the good of all children with whom they work by acquiring the necessary skills through their own training and development.
• To ensure that the young people's needs are recognised and met. This includes ensuring that they are free from discrimination within the home and to challenge discrimination from outside the home.
• To protect the young people from harm in and outside the home.
• On occasion, travel to other offices may be required to attend induction, training, meetings or to provide cover
