We are working with a highly reputable and well known facilities management contractor who provide all round building maintenance to services to clients throughout the UK.
Due to continued expansion we are currently looking to recruit a static engineer hvac biased / qualified) on a site in Sand Hutton
Role :
- Youll be working within your own dedicated static site as our clients first point of call for PPM and reactive hvac / M&E and other general building services maintenance needs. Tasks could include plumbing emergency light testing fire alarms lamp changes and fabric work.
- Youll enjoy working autonomously where you will be responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance fault finding and repair work. Ideally you will have the ability to confidently carry out a range of other mechanical tasks as well.
- Providing excellent customer service at all times when on site
