What You’ll Be Doing :
As part of our online sales team, you’ll be the driving force behind our online business growth, championing outstanding customer experience to prospective families across the UK in a target-driven environment. You’ll do this through delivering taster sessions to prospective families, becoming an expert in Education and tailoring our membership offering to their individual goals. You’ll work towards personal targets, proactively reaching out to prospects and taking ownership of your own contributions to wider team goals.
The Role
Responsibilities :
Business Growth : Proactively expand the member base, ensuring sustainable growth through effective prospect management. Uphold the company's brand reputation and identify areas for improvement.
Education Delivery : Become a credible educator aligned with tutor role objectives. Develop a robust knowledge of UK, 11+, and GCSE curricula. Dedicated to getting it right for every child, every day.
Learn & Develop : Reflect on personal and professional strengths, seek growth opportunities, and collaborate with the team for collective development. Adopt a proactive stance in challenging situations.
Customer Experience : Be central to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Build rapport, communicate effectively, and tailor approaches to each family's unique needs.

Logistics
Closing date : Wednesday 10th July
Due to the popularity of the role, not all applications will be shortlisted to the interview stage.
Starting salary : £25,750 PA
Contract : 9 month fixed term contract available working fully remotely.
Working Hours (typical week) : Your rota will involve working a weekend day (either Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday -Thursday).
Holidays : 28 annual days + 2 well-being and volunteer days. Increased holiday allowance for length of service
