Senior Planner - Construction

Location : Exeter, Devon

Company : Tier 1 contractor

Salary : Up to £90,000 + car / allowance & benefits

Due to a significant new contract award, an excellent opportunity exists for a Senior Planner to join a large main contractor and work on a major project valued at £250m.

The project is a mixed use / accommodation scheme and will run for 3 years so you will be site based of 80% of the time while the project is live. My client is open to people that are interested in potential relocation to Devon and will provide lodging in the interim if required.

Key Requirements :

• Construction background with a minimum of 10 years Planning experience working for a main contractor.
• Expert in Asta PowerProject software.
• Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills.
• Educated to a high standard in a relevant subject (HND / Degree).
• Driving licence is essential.
