Employment Solicitor

Waterloo

A Legal 500 firm, seeks a solicitor to join their Employment Team in Waterloo. Ideally with NQ-2 years PQE in Employment Law, but more experienced candidates will also be considered.

Role Overview :

  • Work on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
  • Provide advice on settlement agreements, disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Manage employment tribunal cases.

Key Skills :

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple files and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in legal research and document drafting.
  • High IT proficiency and self-sufficiency.
