Research Specialist

Murray McIntosh is delighted to be working with a leading educational body whose mission is to support a thriving workforce in the development of top-notch training. They are seeking a Research Specialist to join their influential Evaluation team.

Working alongside the broader Strategy and Policy function, this role will evaluate the performance of their products and services, and provide understanding of their impact on the industry before reporting to government and industry figures to influence strategic decision making.

Responsibilities will include :

• Researching, analysing and evaluating performance and impact against and for strategic aims
• Analysing qualitative and quantitative research from a variety of sources
• Processing and analyse complex data and intelligence in order to draw impactful conclusions
• Communicating insight in digestible formats to internal and external stakeholders
