This role focuses on delivering high-quality training and assessment to learners across South Wales, ensuring their success and development within the Health and Social Care sector.You will be responsible for planning and delivering tailored learning routes, providing exceptional support to learners, and ensuring compliance with awarding body standards. This is a field-based role that requires travelling to learners’ workplaces.Key Responsibilities : Training and Assessment

• Deliver training and assessments for Health and Social Care learners, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Travel regionally to visit learners in the workplace to conduct assessments and provide support.
• Create Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) and map out learning routes for learners to achieve their goals.
• Assess and mark workplace evidence for Essential Skills Wales (ESW) and Key Skills requirements.
• Facilitate and invigilate tests as per awarding body requirements.
