  • Support multiple functions such as sales, presales, technical support, and transition management to deliver projects on time and meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver solutions that support Ricoh's role as a workspace value-added integrator.
  • Engage as a subject matter expert on Ricoh customers, undertake internal projects to gain insights into customer needs, and propose innovative solutions to business problems.
  • Learn and work with various technologies to create solutions that meet current and future customer needs, solving problems and providing scalable applications.
  • Utilize data and emerging technologies to enhance customer offerings, improve processes, and support governance.
  • Collaborate across teams to enhance digital factory offerings with reliable, scalable data solutions platforms.

Ideal Candidate :

  • GCSE English and Maths at Level 4 / Grade C or above.
  • Up to three Level 3 qualifications at Grade C or above, including mathematics, computer science, or IT (preferred but not required).
  • Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Team player with problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with initiative and influence skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK.
