Rolling 4 week rota, to include 3 x night shifts per week, 5 x day shifts and weekend shifts Fri - Sun over the course of a month.

Sellick Partnership are supporting the recruitment of a Youth Development Workers to work within a supported accommodation for young people aged 16 -25. You will be encouraging young people experiencing homelessness to aim high, dream big and fulfil their ambitions.

The key responsibilities of the Youth Development Worker will include :

• Providing key worker support to our young people
• Working through support and action plans
• Updating risk assessments and risk management plans with them, in order for them to develop the life skills necessary to move on and live independently in the community
• Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Accompanying them to appointments
