Property Manager - On behalf of the Pochin Estate Barkby

The Team & Focus of the RoleWe have a new role for a Property Manager to support the Pochin Estate, a major Client, with a fantastic opportunity to be based at the Barkby Estate Office supported by local FG offices, Ashby de la Zouch and Market Harborough. This rewarding role has come through the growth plans of the Pochin family and its future ambitions to enhance, evolve and preserve their property interests.As a property manager, you will be working closely with the Pochin family and its Estate Management team. The role has the benefit of being supported by a specialist team at FG with the opportunity to be based at the Barkby Estate office with a ‘hands on’ Property Management position for the Barkby Estate and various land holdings owned by the Pochin family.This is a permanent full-time position on a 37.5 hour contract (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm), with flexible working by agreement.In return, beyond your base salary you will be included in :

• Predominantly residential property management, including inspection, checking compliance and lettings, including being the point of contact for residential tenants,
