Are you a recent UK-based university graduate passionate about children’s development and looking to secure a full-time Graduate Teaching Assistant role for the academic year?

Perhaps you’re unsure about whether to progress into a Primary PGCE but would value the opportunity to gain first-hand primary-based teaching support experience.

i-teachers are working with a remarkable primary school eager to add a hard-working, engaging, and outgoing Graduate Teaching Assistant to support the class teacher in providing fun and engaging learning experiences to KS1 and KS2 pupils in a full-time role for the remaining academic year.

Graduate Teaching Assistant – Role Information :

  • Graduate Teaching Assistant
  • Providing 1 : 1 & small group KS1 classroom support
  • Supporting pupils with complex special educational needs
  • Working both as an individual and as part of a team
  • Monday to Friday role
  • Paid £425 – £475 per week during term time
  • Multiple FREE online CPD courses – SEN, Mental Health & Safeguarding

Applicant Requirements – Graduate Teaching Assistant :

  • Minimum 2 : 2 UK based university degree
  • Prior experience working with young children
  • Naturally cordial and inspiring individual
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Ability to support children with SEN needs
  • NO UK visa sponsorship available with this role
