Hays Education are currently recruiting for reliableand adaptable primary teachers to work at Primary Schools in North Somerset. These rolesare supply cover and will cover a variety of schools in the local area. Workingalongside your own specialist consultant, you will be able to let us know whenyou are available to work and we can arrange for you to work on the days thatyou tell us you can! If you wanted to work five days one week and then two daysthe next, you will be able to do this. Hays can also provide you theopportunity to build relationships with our partnership schools local to you,with many going on to secure longer term and even permanent placements.

Your new role

Thisrole can be on a full or part time basis meaning you can fit this around yourschedule and will be suited to those who have a passion for teaching acrossmultiple Primary Schools. The schools will be looking for someone with strongand adaptable classroom skills as you will be covering the class for the day;the role is open to ECT’s. Whilst the role can be part time depending on youravailability, the successful candidate will have routine day-to-day classroomresponsibilities along with working with other teachers in the year to form acollaborative team. Whilst there are no PPA responsibilities, you will berequired to mark any work you have set for the day. If you like the challengeof working varying supply for primary schools in the local area at a time thatsuits your schedule then this is the role for you.

What you'll need to succeed

• You should have experience within a classroom setting in the last 5 years.
• Experience teaching in a Primary School.
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a UK Qualified Teacher Status.
• Good knowledge of the English National Curriculum
