Bell Cornwall Recruitment is currently searching for a talented and creative Social Media Marketing Executive to generate and deliver engaging content across multiple social and digital channels for our hospitality client based in Sutton Coldfield.

You will be responsible for :

  • Developing social media strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Managing, creating, and scheduling all content on social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn.
  • Managing the content calendar to ensure a regular presence across all channels tied in with wider activity including email marketing, website updates, and digital campaigns.
  • Managing the photography and videography requirements to ensure the visual identity is maintained across socials, website, and emails.
  • Liaising with other departments to create an engaging social media calendar.

The ideal applicant will have :

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in social media marketing (ideally in the hospitality industry).
  • Demonstrable experience in creating and editing video and photography.
  • Good storytelling skills with a creative eye.
  • Ability to interpret brand visual tone and style.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines while producing high-quality work.
  • Capacity for innovative and creative thinking.
  • Experience with InDesign or other similar software to create engaging assets.
  • Team player with the ability to work on own initiative.
