IT Manager Location : Burnley | Salary : £60k – £70k + Benefits Hours : Mon–Thurs 07 : 30–16 : 45, Fri 07 : 30–12 : 30 Are you ready to step into a leadership role where your ideas, expertise, and passion for technology truly make an impact? From infrastructure and cybersecurity to systems and project delivery — you’ll be at the heart of our tech transformation. • Leading and inspiring an on-site IT team of 8
• Managing the full IT landscape : infrastructure, networks, systems, and apps
• Owning cybersecurity and keeping us protected with the latest tools & protocols
• Driving exciting tech projects – from upgrades and migrations to system rollouts
• Troubleshooting like a pro and keeping everything running smoothly
• Working with suppliers and ensuring all tech stays compliant, secure, and effective What You’ll Bring :
• Solid IT management and leadership experience
• Strong hands-on knowledge in areas like :
• Windows Server, SUSE Linux, Office 365, AD / GPO, Entra ID
• Hyper-V, SAN, enterprise networks (Meraki, Unifi)
• Cybersecurity tools, backups (AWS, Altaro)
• Familiar with ITIL service management frameworks
• A recognised IT qualification (project / leadership qualifications are a bonus)
