We have a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Male Support Worker to join our team in Magor / Undy. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support an individual with complex health needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Main duties of the job

The role involves delivering personalised care and support to clients with complex health conditions, assisting with daily living activities, administering medication, providing emotional support, and maintaining accurate records. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.

Working Hours :

School holidays : Tuesday and Thursday 09 : 00 – 18 : 00 Term time : Thursday -

Additional Days and Waking Nights may be available.

Key Responsibilities :

• Delivering personalised care and support to clients with complex health conditions.
• Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
• Administering medication and monitoring health conditions.
• Providing emotional support and companionship.
• Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients’ conditions.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
