Our client is a fast-growing boutique advisory firm based in London, highly regarded in the market for delivering high-quality transaction advisory services. The firm is experiencing significant growth due to an increasing demand for its services and is now looking to expand its Transaction Services team at multiple levels.

Who Should Apply?

This role would be ideally suited to a high-performing professional with the following experience :

Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent)
Minimum 4 years’ experience in financial due diligence, corporate finance, or audit
Strong financial analytical skills and excellent accounting knowledge
Excellent communication skills and experience in managing client relationships
Motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment

Role and Reporting Lines

Reporting into the leadership team, you will take on a key role in delivering high-quality transaction services engagements. Responsibilities include :

Performing financial due diligence procedures on buy-side and sell-side transactions

Identifying key business drivers and providing insights to clients

Managing the day-to-day delivery of engagements and acting as the primary client contact

Preparing deliverables including reports, presentations, and other client communications

Steering, mentoring, and providing guidance to junior team members

Supporting business development activities and contributing to the growth of the firm

Managing relationships with various stakeholders involved in transactions
