Facilities & Compliance Manager (8 Month FTC) - Flexible Location

We have an opportunity for an experienced Facilities and Compliance Manager to join us on an 8-month Fixed Term Contract.

As a Facilities & Compliance Manager, you will oversee both Hard and Soft Facilities Management services across various offices in the UK, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Specialist Contracts : Oversee Hard and Soft FM contracts, ensuring works are completed to required standards and in line with statutory regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to Health & Safety regulations and statutory compliance.
  • Manage a range of contractors and specialists, ensuring quality, value, and timely delivery.
  • Oversee daily management of facilities, including contractors and technical works.
  • Manage PPMs and address remedial actions as needed.
  • Coordinate all facilities-related activities during office commissioning and decommissioning.
  • Liaise with landlords and agents to obtain compliance data and coordinate maintenance jobs.
  • Take responsibility for permits to work where required.
  • Manage and coordinate reactive maintenance and address maintenance issues.
  • Maintain and update health and safety files and COSHH folders.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Proficient in computer systems, including CAFM & BMS, and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience managing customer queries and complaints.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Experience supporting onsite project management, supervising contractors, risk management, RAMS, and permits to work.
  • IOSH Managing Safely qualification; NEBOSH qualification and IWFM membership are preferred.
