Project Coordinator / Airside Signatory

A building contractor currently requires a Project Coordinator / Airside Signatory to work full time at Heathrow Airport. This role will initially be based for 5 days within the office but can gradually be offered working Hybrid.

Your new role

Monday - Friday working 40 hours a week.

The role will entail the following :

Airside Passes - being an Airport signatory

Document Control using a system called ASITE

Uploading information to various systems -panies and client's systems

General administrative tasks

Looking after H&S records

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience of doing Airside Passes and also working for a constructionpany

Able to understand how systems work at Heathrow Airport
