Job description

We're looking for a Creative-First Growth Strategist. Someone who can blend performance strategy with creative ideation, run basic media buying, and drive the why behind the ads and the what behind the roadmap.

The Role

As our Creative Growth Strategist , you’ll be the strategic brain behind ad campaigns by balancing performance insight with creative planning. Your job is to make sure what we launch is on-strategy , data-informed , and built to scale .

You’ll play a hybrid role : part creative strategist, part media buyer. While you won’t be deep in media buying, you’ll handle the tactical side (like uploading / creating ads, creative test deployment, analyse performance & act on the data.)

You’ll work closely with our Head of Performance, Creative Strategists, Video Editors, Graphic Designers & Clients to help build growth roadmaps that link directly to acquisition goals.

  • Ideate and develop creative concepts based on performance & creative insights.
  • Ensure briefs are executed on & ready to be approved by the clients (UGC, video edits, statics etc.)
  • Growth Planning & Forecasting

  • Help us align Creative Roadmaps & testing plans to our forecasted KPI's like; spend, CAC, ROAS.
  • On-platform Execution

  • Upload new ads and test structures across Meta / TikTok / Google
  • Monitor performance and interpret results from KPI targets.
  • Client & Team Alignment

  • Be the central bridge between creative and performance team.
  • Act as the go-to person for strategy, content needs, and account planning
  • Join client calls to present strategy, results, and next steps
  • You Should Have…

  • 3+ years experience in DTC eCom - creative strategy, growth, or performance
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads & Performance Frameworks
  • Ability to interpret data into clear creative direction (e.g., why did this ad win?)
  • Familiarity with creative structures (Problem / Solution, AIDA, etc.)
  • Great with planning, briefing, and cross-team communication
