About the RoleI'm currently partnering with a UK transport organisation to recruit a Marketing Manager specialising in their coach travel division. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established brand that's revolutionising how people travel across Britain.Key ResponsibilitiesAs Marketing Manager, you will : Develop compelling marketing campaigns that encourage potential customers to switch from car to coach travelContribute to the company's 3-year Marketing Strategy and Customer Experience StrategyLead delivery of brand, partnerships and student marketing activity for the coach divisionEnsure all campaigns are built on robust research and customer insightsWork closely with Commercial teams to align campaign activity with business prioritiesCollaborate with Performance Marketing and Content teams to integrate brand strategy across organic channelsPartner with Marketing Services and Ecommerce teams to deliver seamless customer experiences both physically and digitallyManage production processes to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budgetSupport development of presentations to gain buy-in from senior stakeholdersImplement measurement frameworks to track KPIs and extract insights for future campaignsMonitor industry trends and identify new marketing opportunitiesBuild strong relationships with external agencies and internal stakeholdersManage campaign budgets effectivelyThe Ideal CandidateYou'll be reporting to the Senior Brand Marketing Manager and will need : Proven experience in brand marketing and campaign managementStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsExperience working collaboratively across multiple departmentsExcellent stakeholder management abilitiesCreative thinking with a strategic mindsetBudget management experienceKnowledge of the travel or transport sector (desirable)At Gleeson Recruitment Group, we embrace inclusivity and welcome applicants of all backgrounds, experiences, and abilities.
