Project Manager

Position : Project Manager - Water     Location : Peterborough Salary : Up to £70,000 per annum + package   This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading Tier 1 contractor delivering key projects on the Anglian Water Framework. You will take full responsibility for managing multiple schemes through their lifecycle, leading a multidisciplinary team and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.   This role offers hybrid working arrangements, long-term career progression, and the opportunity to work on essential infrastructure projects across the water sector. Role Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a high-performing team, including Engineers and Commercial staff, fostering a collaborative, solution-focused culture.
• Ensure the safe and efficient delivery of projects to agreed quality, time, cost, and compliance standards.
• Oversee projects from inception through to handover, including scoping, planning, construction, handover, and managing any post-completion activities.
• Champion Health & Safety best practices, CDM compliance, and 'Zero Harm' behaviours through audits, reviews, and leadership.
• Work closely with Planning and Commercial teams to manage accurate forecasting of cost and resources, escalating issues where necessary.
