Location : Chesterfield

Salary : £30,000 - £35,000

Hours : Full-time, Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm

Benefits : 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, Free lunch daily on site, Free on-site parking

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute creative digital marketing campaigns that generate leads and boost brand awareness
  • Craft compelling content tailored to a variety of industries, focusing on value-driven messaging
  • Manage brand messaging and visuals across email marketing, social media, and the company website
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to enhance future strategies
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and explore innovative ways to elevate engagement
  • Supporting the Marketing Manager with analysing results from campaigns.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Digital marketing experience with a strong creative and campaign-focused mindset
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and digital analytics tools
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
  • A proactive attitude, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • ROI mindset

    • Bonus Skills (Ideal But Not Essential)

  • HubSpot experience highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics & Google Console
  • Competency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Stock)
